Our first Florida Keys Vacation Rental location is on Key Colony Beach, two bedroom and two bathroom on the canal. Key Colony Beach is located in the heart of the Florida Keys, mile marker 53.5 off the Overseas Highway. Key Colony is oceanside of U.S. 1 and most homes are on canals or have open waterfront views of the Atlantic.
Key Colony is connected to U.S. 1 via a causeway called Sadowski Causeway. Our little piece of Florida Keys' paradise is located on a canal. It is 1/2 of a side by side duplex. There is boat dockage and the boat ramp is located at the marina on Key Colony Beach.
Key Colony Beach vacation rentals are offered by the week or month. We have off road parking and a beautiful landscaped home.

Key Colony Beach has several great restaurants, fun souvenir shopping, a great beach to walk on to collect small shells, skeleton coral fans, and watch the great wild bird activity of the Florida Keys.

Conch Key vacation rental home information.
Conch Key is bayside with easy access to both oceanside and bayside fishing. To get to the oceanside for fishing or snorkeling, our boating guests pass under the Long Key Viaduct which is a bridge about 3 miles long, to the east of the Conch Keys, minutes away. If you stay in Marathon on the bayside you have two choices to get to the oceanside - Vaca Cut or the Seven Mile Bridge. Both bridges could be a long distance from other Florida Keys vacation rentals which are bayside in the Marathon area.
Conch Key is mile marker 63, off of U.S.1. This middle Keys island has about 30 homes and allows for weekly or monthly Florida Keys vacation rentals. Our house is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, open water sunset views, and very affordable. The owners stay during the winter months, but this charming home for rental is available during the summer months, which are the months for great fishing - mahi-mahi, sailfish, yellowtail snapper, and the lobster mini season and lobster opening season of the Florida Keys.
The third Florida Keys vacation accommodation is our 4 unit waterfront vacation rental apartment on Conch Key. Our apartment building has three 1 bedroom apartments and one 2 bedroom apartment. 
This rental is located on the bayside and faces west, so you get to have the sunset celebration every night.

We have a light that shines in the water at night and we catch tarpon right off our dock! We have a great covered area to grill your fresh caught lobster (when in season in the Florida Keys) and have your cocktail hour with our other renters. We have found that our little "bar" is a fun gathering place to get to hear some fish stories or to get information about good areas to fish. We have a fishing guide that lives on our small Keys island, Capt. Dan, and he will pick you up by boat at our dock to take you fishing, snorkeling, lobster hunting, and for a sunset cruise.
