Rates for the Vacation Rental Heronsrest (FL Sales Tax is charged on the rental rate and not the cleaning):
For 1-2 people: 995.00/week; 124.37, FL Sales Tax 12.5%, and 75.00 cleaning fee -- Total: 1194.37
For 3 people: 1095.00/week; 136.87, FL Sales Tax 12.5%, and 75.00 cleaning fee --- Total: 1306.87
For 4 people: 1195.00/week; 149.37, FL Sales Tax 12.5%, and 85.00 cleaning fee --- Total: 1429.37
Pets are invited with some restrictions, please call to make arrangements. Pet fee is 75.00/pet.
1/2 down to book your requested dates and balance is requested 15 days before arrival dates.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Google Check-Out.
We accept personal checks, money orders, and cash.
Check-in hour is 3:00 pm and Check-out hour is 10:00 am. We book from Saturday to Saturday.
Please, no smoking inside the house.
Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation down payment will be refunded in full, 45 days from the arrival date.
Your reservation down payment will be refunded if inside the 45 days from arrival date if we are able to re-book the same dates at the same rate. If the rate must be lowered, you will be refunded your down payment less the rate difference.
If we are unable to re-book for your requested dates, your deposit will not be refunded. We will do our very best to get your down payment back to you by offering special cancellation rates. Remember, we both loose if you cancel a reservation and we are unable to place another guest in your blocked-off dates.
Please note: Sometimes when friends/family hear you will be in the Florida Keys - "Oh Boy, we want to come down for a night or two."
You must let us know about any extra people - more than the number on the contract. Really, it will be no problem as long as we are told. The sofa is a sleeper. Of course, a small fee is charged for the use of water/electricity. But, you must tell us.
Cancellation due to a Florida Keys' Hurricane. If the Florida Monroe County Emergency Director has declared a mandatory evacuation of the Florida Keys, your money will be refunded, less any time spent in the Heronsrest. If you are scheduled to arrive on the day of the evacuation, your money will be refunded in full.

The island of Conch Key, mile marker 63, is just past the Long Key Bridge. This bridge is approximately 2.8 miles. You will find the mile markers alongside of US 1, small green signs with the number. Key Largo is mile marker 120 and Key West is mile marker 0. Turn right onto Conch Key (bayside). Make a left turn, drive past the Fire Station, we are the 5th house on the left, waterside. Please drive slowly once on Conch Key.

From Ft. Lauderdale Airport: Take 595 West to the Florida Turnpike - South.
From Ft. Lauderdale: Take Exit 47 on the Florida Turnpike - South, following the signs to Homestead.
From Miami Airport: Take Highway 836 West to the Florida Turnpike - South.
Stay on the Turnpike until it dead-ends and merges into US 1 in Florida Keys.
Flying into Key West International Airport - takes one hour and 15 minutes to the Heronsrest.
Flying into Marathon Airport - 15 minutes to the Heronsrest.
Conch Key is bayside off US 1, mile marker 63, at the south end of Long Key Bridge.
